Project Boxes
A friend of mine recently gave some plastic computer tape boxes to me.
I think they might make good electronics project boxes?
They measure 4.25 X 4.25 X 1.0625 inches, inside dimensions.
The lids are hinged on one edge.
The walls of the boxes are about 1/16th of an inch thick.
They seem to be very sturdy.
There are no partitions inside the boxes.

RE: Project Boxes
Very nice. I have a couple of these box's, but they have partitions which helps me secure tiny components.

The project boxes that I have seen on some web sites also had partitions, and yes, they were used to hold various components.

I am not quite sure HOW these boxes will be used, or for what, but I am very happy to receive them as a gift. The largest perfboards I have measure 3.1875 X 2.5 inches, so they will fit inside these boxes, with some room to spare. I may even be able to stack some of these boxes together? They are empty, and it is their emptiness which makes them useful.
