Install WINAVR and AVR Studio
The first software required is WinAVR. Select WinAVR-xxxxx-install.exe (xxxxx = date, or you can consider that as a version number) and install it.
Select the install folder for WinAVR, click next and wait until the install is complete.
Done. You have nothing more to do for WinAVR. Next we need to install AVR Studio.
Installing AVR Studio
Download AVR Studio and also the latest updates available and install AVRStudio into any directory of your choice. Make it a practice not to include space in directory, not only for AVR Studio but any software for that matter. You never know when things go wrong.
AVR Studio installs required drivers. Once it is complete, install all remaining updates available.
